Porto Vita

The waterfront condominium community of Porto Vita, in Aventura, consists of four buildings.  The north and south towers each have 32 floors with 162 residence units that are 2476 to 6563 square feet in size and offer two to five bedrooms.  There are two smaller buildings with seven stories and 22 units each.  The 35,000-square-foot Villa Grande club is a resident-owned center of social activity, with rooms for both formal and casual dining, a sports lounge, a piano bar and a card room.
